Paulette J. Miller, Associate Professor in Health Information Management, teaches courses on healthcare quality improvement, organization and management, managed healthcare, athophysiology, and medical terminology. Ms. Miller’s research interests include:  healthcare fraud and abuse, employee management and productivity issues, and online post-secondary learning. She is currently working on manuscripts regarding learning preferences in the workplace and blended (online and classroom) learning.
