Profile:

Marilyn Morrow became Chairperson of the Department of Health Sciences in 1997 after teaching 7 years in the Health Education Program.  She works with the five Bachelor"s Degree Programs which include Clinical Laboratory Science, Environmental Health, Health Education, Health Information Management, and Safety.  Dr. Morrow earned her Ph.D. in Health Education from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with an emphasis on school health.  Her research interests include alcohol policy, cancer awareness and education, and emergency preparedness education for health care professionals.  She is also a Charter Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
