Profile:

Frank Waterstraat, Associate Professor, became Director of the Health Information Management Program in 1988.  He came to ISU after working 13 years as a health information manager in both acute and ambulatory health care.  Frank earned a master"s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in information systems at San Diego State University.  He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Foundations at Illinois State University where he focused on policy analysis.  His research interests are in health information policy, health informatics and management.
