The following is a list of required prerequisite science and mathematics courses is based on the 2007-08 Undergraduate Catalog.
- CHE 140 General Chemistry I (4 hrs.)
- CHE 141 General Chemistry II (4 hrs.)
- CHE 220 Organic Chemistry (5 hrs.)
- MAT 120 Finite Math or 144 Pre-Calculus (4 hrs.)
- BSC 196 Biological Diversity (4 hrs.)
- BSC 197 Molecular & Cellular Basics of Life (4 hrs.)
- BSC 260 Microbiology (4 hrs.)
IIn addition, student must take at least 6 hours from the following courses:
- BSC 181 Human Physiology & Anatomy I (or KNR 181) (4 hrs.)
