Health Sciences Scholarships and Awards
Each of the five degree programs in the department offers scholarships and awards each year on a competitive basis for its students. Application materials are made available to students in the fall and winter, and students are honored in the spring at the annual Student Recognition Day. See below for a list of scholarships and awards that are available for each program in the department. Clinical Laboratory Science Scholarships
Jones Award -ASCP exam expenses. Financial need and reflective statement.
Wood Scholarship - $750 – academic excellence, commitment to CLS profession.

Martens Scholarship - $500 – academic excellence, community service.

Nolte Scholarships -Two $500 awards each year. academic excellence, commitment to profession, financial need.
