Academic Advisor
Department of Health Sciences
Illinois State University
Welcome to Illinois State University and to your major in the Department of Health Sciences! Your assigned academic advisor for your freshman year is in the University College Academic Advising Center. I will become your advisor when you have completed 24 credit hours, and are successfully admitted into a Health Sciences major. However, as a student with even an interest in this department, you are considered one of our students the moment you step foot on this campus. That’s why there’s an advising page here for your freshman year. Use this page as a supplement to the specialized advising that you’ll receive this year.
Each of these activities, or assignments, is designed to help you achieve the goals described on the advising home page.
